TIBCO Businessworks 5.9.3 or higher using TRA version 5.7.3 or 5.7.4, is not able to connect to ‘MS SQL Server 2008 R2’ with exception com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: Connection reset. This is related to JRE version 1.6.0_28 or higher (tested with 1.7.0_09).
Environment:

TIBCO Businessworks 5.9.3 or higher, TRA 5.7.3 or TRA 5.7.4 .
All Supported Operating Systems.JRE 1.6.0_28 or higher.
Resolution:

Use JRE version 1.6.0_27. Install JRE 1.6.0_27 in an external directory and modify the tra to use the newly installed JRE.
