TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks 5.11 for z/Linux now supports Oracle 12c in addition to the supported databases mentioned in the readme. TIBCO Runtime Agent (TRA) 5.9.1 for z/Linux must be installed to use BW 5.11 with Oracle 12c.
