Extended Support is now available through March 30, 2027 for version 6.x of the following products:

• TIBCO® Object Service Broker Adapter for JDBC-ODBC

• TIBCO® Object Service Broker for Open Systems

• TIBCO® Object Service Broker for z/OS

• TIBCO Service Gateway for CICS

• TIBCO Service Gateway™ for DB2

• TIBCO Service Gateway™ for Files (Open Systems)

• TIBCO Service Gateway™ for Files (z/OS)

• TIBCO Service Gateway™ for IDMS/DB

• TIBCO Service Gateway™ for IMS TM

• TIBCO Service Gateway™ for IMS/DB

• TIBCO Service Gateway™ for ODBC (Open Systems)

• TIBCO Service Gateway™ for Oracle (Open Systems)

• TIBCO Service Gateway™ for WMQ (Open Systems)

• TIBCO Service Gateway™ for WMQ (z/OS)

 

Extended support will be provided per the following scope and terms:

Include:

•The ability to submit service requests for eligible product versions.

•TIBCO assistance providing workarounds and available fixes for issues reported; staging of issues by TIBCO will be on the latest version of eligible product(s).

•Maintenance service level initial response and target resolution times are according to Customers’ existing Maintenance service level.

•The rights to use any updates (defect corrections, enhancements, and upgrades) if and when made available during the Extended Support Term.

•Support to enable current platforms (operating system versions, TIBCO infrastructure products, etc.)

 Exclude:

•Support for new platforms

•Back porting of any fixes (including, but not limited to, bug or security fixes) from later product versions

•Partners participating in the TIBCO Partner Network or any other TIBCO Partner program.


Customers who purchase Extended Support should contact TIBCO Support with any questions regarding availability of releases during the Extended Support period.

Important Notice: This will be the FINAL extension for Object Service Broker (ObjectStar) and the products listed above.
