1. Navigate to the installation directory,
and browse the client folder (e.g C:\TIBCO Nimbus\Client).2. Run CtrlInstallRepair.exe.
3. Click on Register OCX Files
4. You will be prompted with two pop up dialogue boxes, click yes to the first, and on the second one it should tell you that the files have been registered successfully.
If the above fails to resolve the issue check the following:
1. On the Nimbus server type dcomcnfg on the search bar
2. Expand the left hand tree until you see DCOM config > TIBCO Nimbus ES Web Server Host
3 Right click on this object and select properties
4. Click on the Identity tab
5. Ensure that the configuration is set to "This user" and that the service account configured on the Nimbus installation is correctly set here. (If you do not have a service account configured please consult the Admin guide, or contact TIBCO Support)
6. click OK
7. Restart the TIBCO Nimbus Web server if any changes have been made by double clicking the restart.js from the \TIBCO Nimbus\Web Server\Reload folder
