Resolution:
Note that this change needs to be done at the DB server side. It is a DB profile property and there is no option available at the BW engine side to set it. To resolved this issue, you need to set the following property in the sqlnet.ora file on the database side. If the issue still persists, you will need to increase this parameter setting the following value.
SQLNET.SEND_TIMEOUT=600
