*  Release 7.5.4 is a service pack release.  Only the following four
  executable files have changed: rvrd, rvsrd, rvrd64, rvsrd64.
  All other files and libraries are identical to release 7.5.3, and
  indicate 7.5.3 as their version number.
  
Defects Fixed in this Release:

Fixed a routing daemon defect in which routing daemons did not forward some
messages. The presence of local subjects or local advisories triggered this
symptom.
