Description:
TIBCO is officially ending support for 5.3.x and earlier 5.x releases of TIBCO Adapter for Clarify.  This action will take effect on January 31, 2011.  The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product.

During the next twelve (12) months, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided. Defect corrections will be considered for critical defects with no workarounds.  

Service Requests on 5.3.x and earlier 5.x releases will no longer be accepted after January 31, 2011. Service Requests under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, January 31, 2011.
