Follow the steps below to change the default location of the log files in TIBCO Data Virtualization(TDV):
(1) Navigate to the below path in TDV Studio:
Administration -> Configuration -> Server -> Configuration -> Files -> Log Directory (On Server Restart)
(2) Update the Log Directory Path: Enter the new path where you want to store the log files.
(3) Restart the TIBCO Data Virtualization(TDV) Server.
Note:
-> Changing the log directory path will not automatically copy existing log files to the new location. It only affects where future log files will be stored.
-> If the specified directory does not exist or the server and monitor processes lack the necessary permissions to create files in the directory, the server may encounter issues starting up.
(1) Navigate to the below path in TDV Studio:
Administration -> Configuration -> Server -> Configuration -> Files -> Log Directory (On Server Restart)
(2) Update the Log Directory Path: Enter the new path where you want to store the log files.
(3) Restart the TIBCO Data Virtualization(TDV) Server.
Note:
