Issue/Introduction

This article covers the instructions to deal with error FOC32510 ( POSSIBLY MISSING CODEPAGE IN FOCUS MFD ).

Environment

Linux and Windows

Resolution

For client :
  1. From WF Hub, go to management center > Admin Console : 
    1. Under Configuration tab, check for NLS settings.
    2. Under "Diagnostics" tab, go to "JVM property info" and verify the following:
      1.  System.in Encoding
      2.  System.out Encoding
   User-added image

For Server :
  1. Go to Reporting Server Console , From top right select "Tools" > "Workspace"
  2. Settings > LOCALE > Configuration Wizard 
  3. Check for the codepage.

** If the server and client codepages do not match, make them the same to get rid of the error .
