Description
When attempting to restart the services in TIBCO Data Virtualization, the services failed to initialize due to the following error:

Resolution
When ' Enable Custom Logging' is set to true it triggered the server to load the customEventHandler.jar at server startup. To resolve this disable the ' Enable Custom Logging' by following the below steps:
1. Open the TIBCO Data Virtualization studio and navigate to Configuration.
2. Search for 'Enable Custom Logging'
3. Change the value of 'Enable Custom Logging' to false.
4. Click on Apply button.
