Resolution
We can change the mail server for ReportCaster from Global Updates.
1. Navigate to the ReportCaster status console.
2. Click on Global Update.
3. In the popup, provide the old and new mail server details.
4. Click on Update.
5. Restart the distribution server to make the changes live.
