After upgrading WebFocus from version 9.0.4 to 9.2.3, users have reported issues with the text editor functionality.
When trying to create a new file or open an existing one using the text editor, they encounter the following error message:
"Error loading IBX resource bundle"

To address this issue, attempt the following steps:
If the above solution does not work, please try stopping Tomcat, deleting the /ibi/tomcat/work/catalina/localhost folder, and then starting Tomcat again.
This process will clear the application server cache and may resolve the issue.
- Close all tabs in your browser.
- Open a new tab in your browser.
- Clear the browser cache completely.
- Close the browser entirely.
