Getting an error of Java Heap Space - OutofMemoryError as ibi_help is trying to cache.

Resolution
Generally, restarting Tomcat will resolve this issue. If not then please follow the steps below:
1. As ibi_help is causing the issue, one can delete the ibi_help.xml file from the location ibi\tomcat\conf\Catalina\localhost
2. Stop and start Tomcat after deleting the ibi_help.xml
