Description

This article will demonstrate how to use Designer to populate two output reports as two tabs within the same Excel spreadsheet.
The option to create a compound Excel spreadsheet in Designer is available in 9.3.0

Issue/Introduction

Create multiple reports in different Excel tabs using Designer only

Resolution

There is an option to create a Designer Compound Report with the XLSX output option. This will open Designer in Document mode, where you can start building a compound document.
Please note that when creating a compound report in Designer, you can only add content that has been created using the Designer GUI or InfoAssist GUI. Procedures that were manually edited will not be available in the 'Content' window.
 

NOTE: The 'Compose Document' option is also available in 9.2.3. However, in 9.2.3, the XLSX output is not available. The only available output types in 9.2.3 are AHTML, HTML, PDF, and PPTX.
