In an upcoming release of TIBCO Scribe Online planned for mid October 2018 we will include an update to the TIBCO Scribe Online Agent with the following enhancement:

The .NET version used by our TIBCO Scribe Online Cloud and On-Premise Agents will be upgraded to the Microsoft .NET Framework version 4.6.

This requires any computer running a TIBCO Scribe Online Agent to also have Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6 installed. We will be automatically update all TIBCO Scribe Online Cloud Agents as part of the release.  Customers using TIBCO Scribe Online On-Premise Agents will need to ensure that the .NET version for any computers running an On-Premise Agent are upgraded to .NET 4.6 or higher.

We have reached out directly to customers who are affected by the new .NET requirement. If you have not received an email from TIBCO Scribe about your .NET version, you should not need to make any changes.  If you have any questions or concerns about this Agent update please contact support by opening a case.
