Error: "Access to the path *.dts is denied.
Issue: This is likely a permissions issue related to the customer's User profile, assuming the customer has followed the correct steps on how to setup the Console (Adding user to the local admin & Scribe Console Users Group).
Resolution:
1. Ensure the TIBCO Scribe Insight console user has been added to the local administrators group and the Scribe Console Users Group (SCUG)
2. Ensure the User (domain account) running the (5) Scribe Services has been added to the local admin group/SCUG and has access to the Scribe Internal Database in SQL > Restart the (5) Scribe Services
3. If the user currently added to either of the groups is actively logged on to the server, after making the changes, log out and log back in.
3. If the error still occurs, login in with a different user or reach out to your IT admin to ensure there are no issues with your user profile like group policies being set etc.
