What is being announced?
Following May 25, 2020, there will be an updated process for requesting copies of TIBCO Mashery Local from eDelivery that are older than the latest and generally available version.
 
What is the change?
The latest generally available version of the software will be available for download via eDelivery in its current form, however, for copies of prior releases, a download request will need to be made via the Request Earlier Version form. Requests will be reviewed and approved based on Customers’ entitlements and follow-up download instructions will be provided accordingly. The prior release download request process will, on average, take 2-3 business days to process.
 
What can customers do now to avoid any potential delay?
As a best practice, and to avoid any potential deployment disruptions, TIBCO strongly suggests all Customers leverage eDelivery as a download mechanism to support the local archival of copies for future use.
 
All Customers who do not currently have locally archived copies of the release versions being used in test or production environments are encouraged to log in to eDelivery ahead of May 25th in order to download and store those copies for future use.
 
Will customers be able to request older Supported versions?
Yes. Following this date, as noted above, prior released versions will continue to be available to Customers based on their entitlements and will be processed via the updated review and approval process. Please see the attached document for details.
