"[tibcosoftwareinc][Oracle JDBC Driver]Internal error: Net8 protocol error." is a defect of the TIBCO Database Drivers Supplement 2.0.0.
The defect is fixed in TIBCO Database Drivers Supplement 2.0.1.
Hence, this issue can be resolved by updating the driver to 2.0.1 or above versions.
