When the adbagent.exe gets corrupt then it will through below error:

Resolution
To resolve this error copy the wrap.exe from Tibco_home\tra\5.x\bin then paste at Tibco_home\adapter\adadb\7.x\bin and rename warp.exe to adbagent.exe.
