 when you browse to Administrator GUI, Hawk related icons are not showing properly like below.

 This issue still persist even thought you remove and re-add the plugins .war files (hawkconfig.war, allalertconsole.war, and monitoringconsole.war) from <tibco_home>/hawk/admin-plugins.

Resolution

 Browse to location "tibco_home\administrator\domain\domain-name\tomcat\server\webapps" You will get below folders along with others -administrator-<domain-name>_domain-Monitoring-Console-4.6.0 -administrator-<domain-name>_domain-HawkConsole-4.6.0 -administrator-<domain-name>-HawkConfig-4.6.0  Please take a backup of this webapps directory and delete above folders. Start Admin and hawk then add hawkconfig.war, monitoringconsole.war and all alertsconsole.war solves the issue.
