Cause: This error usually happens when the client and Server time are out of sync, typically within 5 minutes or more.
This exception can also occur when incorrect credentials are passed, so ensure the password is still valid by login into CRM via a browser or the Microsoft Plugin Registration utility (a different application other than TIBCO Scribe® Insight).
