Description
In Visual Studio, I have created a connection to a TDV 7.0.1.00.16 instance. It works with one LDAP account and it fails for another one. When it fails, the following error is generated: "Test connection failed because of an error in initializing provider. Connection failed." I have not been able to generate a trace for the ADO.NET driver. The account and password does work in a JDBC connection string
Problem

Resolution
This is resolved in 7.0.3.00.15 ADO.Net Driver
