When configuring the Business Connect Public Smart Routing process and they try to add a new condition for a particular public transport type, the Attribute dropdown does not populate even if the Operator and Operand drop downs populate correctly. You can refer to the image Missing Attribute.png attached to the article where we see the missing attribute dropdown in the first image vs available attribute dropdown in the second image.
