BusinessConnect 7.3.0 supports TLS 1.3. Instructions on how to configure TLS 1.3 in your environment are included in the BusinessConnect Trading Partner Administration Guide under "System Settings" chapter and the "HTTP, HTTPS, and HTTPSCA Transports" chapter. This applies to the protocol plugins that use this transport as well.
