Can I take an action like sending an Email or running a Procedure when a specific systems event occurs (for instance, a data source goes down)?
Resolution
You can create a trigger that is executed when a specific system event occurs (e.g. DataSourceDown, ClusterServerShunned). The trigger can be configured to send an email or to run a procedure. In order to send emails, the TIBCO Data Virtualization server should be configured with the mail server details as explained in the Administration Guide.
