Upgrades to EMSA-3.1.0-GA for High-performance edition TIBCO Enterprise Message Service™ Appliances with encrypted data store (EDS) enabled are only supported from EMSA-3.0.2-GA, not EMSA-2.5.1 as mentioned in the release notes.
