In BusinessStuio, when open the PIConnection Shared resource, the operation failed due to 'Could not initialize class "com.tibco.bw.sharedresource.pi.model.pi.PiPackage"' exception.

Check if 'Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable Package' is installed on the machine, if not, please install 'Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable Package', then restart the BusinessStudio.
