Locked Maps are Maps that are open on another user's computer or in another browser. They are marked by a lock icon in the Locked column on the Solution's Maps list.
If the logged in user is the same as the Locked By user on a Map, the Map can be opened. For example, if you are working on a Map and the browser times out, crashes, or you close it without exiting from the Map, when you return to the Map the Lock icon is displayed. Select the Map to open it and continue editing.
If you cannot unlock the Map, there may be an issue with how you logged into TIBCO Scribe® Online. If your Map was locked during a prior session and at your next login you use a different case for your user name, such as
user1@scribesoft.com and
USER1@SCRIBESOFT.COM, you cannot unlock your Map. (D33953 / Case # 89430)
