Description

If you are having problems connecting to your Microsoft Dynamics CRM On-Premise installation using the TIBCO Scribe® Insight Adapter do the following:
  1. Open the CRM deployment manager.
  2. Right-click on Microsoft Dynamics CRM > Properties > Web Address.
  3. Copy the URL.
In the TIBCO Scribe® Insight Workbench Connection Settings for Dynamics CRM do the following:
  1. Paste the URL you just copied to the Server URL field.
  2. Check that the user you are including in the connection configuration has been added to the Deployment Administrators in Dynamics CRM and is a member of the CRM active directory PrivUserGroup group.
  3. Log into Dynamics CRM and check the Organization name.Copy and paste the name into in the Workbench Connection Settings for Dynamics CRM. This name is case sensitive.
  4. In the Deployment field, change the deployment type to ‘On-Premise’, for older versions select ‘Partner Hosted’
  5. Enter the Domain in the following format: domain name\username
On your network:
Check the Firewall to make sure connections to the Dynamics CRM server are not blocked.
