The change password option is grayed out in the User menu in Spotfire Analyst as shown in the screenshot below.

Issue/Introduction

The Change Password option is disabled in the User Menu in Spotfire Analyst. This is a known issue in version 10.7, 10.8, and 10.9 which has been addressed in 10.10.

Resolution

This issue exists in TIBCO Spotfire Analyst versions 10.7, 10.8 and 10.9 - it has been addressed in version 10.10.

As a workaround, a user can change the password by logging in to the Spotfire Server from a web browser >> Click on the username at the top-right >> My Account >> click 'Change Password' (as shown in the screenshot below).
