An existing Replication Services (RS) Solution could not be assigned a Cloud Agent because the Integration Services (IS) subscription for that Organization had expired.
The Organization had a Trial Integration Services (IS) subscription and a full Replication Services (RS) subscription. While both subscriptions were active, the user created and assigned a Cloud Agent to his RS Solutions. When the IS Trial subscription ended, this caused the Cloud Agent to stop working. However, the TIBCO Scribe® Online Agents page still displayed a Cloud Agent with a green check mark indicating the Cloud Agent was running and in good status.
TIBCO Scribe® determined the Agent was no longer available using the following steps:
- Open the RS Solution that is using the Cloud Agent.
- The Agent status at the top of the page states "NOT FOUND".
- Clicking the drop-down menu to select an Agent only displays the available On-Premise Agents. The Cloud Agent is not an option.
