Issue/Introduction

Spotfire Cloud user gets an "Error 403 - Forbidden" error message when trying to log into the Cloud URL

Environment

Product: TIBCO Spotfire Cloud Version: N/A OS: All supported Operating Systems

Resolution

The TIBCO Cloud structure has some built-in redirections that must be followed.  Users may end up at this URL(https://accounts.tibco.com), but this URL can't be used directly to login to the cloud. 

The correct URL to use is:
https://account.cloud.tibco.com
