How are actions intended to be used?
Resolution
The actions are intended to be used to maintain the process within Nimbus, rather than to actually carry out the processes.
Contributors (End Users prior to version 10.0.0) are not able to access actions unless they are also assigned an Action Module license. In your example, the system administrator would need to have a Contributor with Action Module license in order for you to assign the action to them.
