Issue/Introduction

Configuring Group Policy to allow scheduled tasks in WebStatistica

Resolution

1. Login to WebStatistica server as a user with Administrator privileges
2. Launch Local Security policy by typing gpedit.msc in Windows search or by opening it from Control Panel >>Administrative Tools>>Local Security Policy
3. Expand computer Configuration >>Windows Settings >> Local Policies >> Security Options
4. In the Policy Pane, find Network access: Do not allow storage of passwords and credentials for network authentication and set to Disabled
     
             

5.  Open a command prompt as administrator and type: gpupdate /force and hit enter.
