Description
Please ensure that HTTPs port is enabled for TDV. One must apply valid licenses in TDV in order to make sure that the HTTPS port in TDV is enabled. This is one of the reasons why the HTTPs port is not enabled by default in TDV. After applying licenses, a restart of TDV is required in order to bring up the HTTPs port.
If you are getting this error after applying the patch or license for BD/TDV then restart the BD & TDV and try again.
If BD is installed on Linux then “Selinux” configuration, “Selinux” should be set to disabled or permissive.
Try to connect with IP address instead of localhost.
Verify that TDV machine and port are accessible from the machine you are accessing the BD. In-order to verify it, please run the below command –
