Description
After installing iProcess Workspace (browser) v11.9.0 on IIS, the ActionProcessor URL throws the following error -
FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'ssoDotNet.dll' or one of its dependencies. The specified module could not be found.
Cause:
The installer does not copy all the necessary libraries. A defect (internal id - IPWB-503) has been logged to fix this issue in a future release.

This article documents a workaround for an issue after installing iProcess Workspace (browser) v11.9.0 on IIS.
Environment
Web server: IIS
Resolution
Here are the steps to workaround this issue -
1. Install TIBCO iProcess Server Objects (.NET) v11.9.0 into a temporary directory.
2. From the temporary location in step 1, copy the below files into C:\Windows\system32 directory -
icudt64.dll
icuuc64.dll
libcrypto-1_1-x64.dll
3. Restart IIS

libcrypto-1_1-x64.dll
3. Restart IIS
