Description

Upgrading the TIBCO Scribe® Insight Adapter For Dynamics GP to version 4.4.2 will cause errors when running a DTS similar to the following:

Fatal Error: Execution terminated – source adapter user count invalid ([42000] SQL call failed. Could not find stored procedure ‘GPDatabaseName’.)

This error is generated when the GP Metadata SQL script has not been executed after the Adapter was upgraded to the latest version.  Any time the Adapter for Dynamics GP is upgraded, the GP Metadata SQL scripts shipped with the Adapter must be executed.
The scripts you run depend on the Dynamics GP modules installed at your site:
 
  • Dynamics GP (all previous versions) — Run the GP Metadata script.
