Description
Emails you send out from your LiveApps App:
You are not able to send an email out from your case, and you see the following message in the audit trail of the case in your LiveApps app, :
"Your e-mail has not been sent because you have exceeded your subscription daily allowance."
Emails bounced back:
Likewise, there is a limit on the number of bounced back emails in a 24-hour window (see below).

Resolution
Here are the daily email limits:
Email is not sent out from the case, because you have used up your daily allowance limit for the emails, as listed below:
Max emails = 100;
Max bounces = 5;
Max complaints= 1;
Note (Max emails): There is a 24-hour sliding window for the email count to reset. The count will reset after the 24-hour window has passed since you exceeded the email allowance limit. (Please note the count does not get reset the next calendar day).
Note (Max bounces): It is the number of separate emails that can be bounced for any reason, typically this will depend on the configuration of recipients email system, but may include errors such as invalid recipient, inbox full etc.
The reason for the email limits is to avoid the application SPAMing out emails.
If you need this allowance to be increased for any reason, please log a ticket with support.
