Data Bars are missing in Designer

Description
The basic visualization option to activate "Data Bars" on a measure appears missing from the WebFOCUS Designer. Within IA, you can activate "Data Bars" by right-clicking on any measure, selecting "More", then choosing "Data Bars", and finally selecting "On". However, within Designer, it's unclear where to find the option to activate "Data Bars" when right-clicking on a measure. Could you please advise on where to locate this option?

ibi WebFOCUS 9.3.0
Resolution
You can create an InfoAssist report with this and open it in Designer and you should view it. But you won't be able to create a new data bar in Designer.
