Description
TIBCO BusinessEvents loads default schemas configured for SOAP Events from Internet when an Internet connection is available.
This can result in delay on startup of the BE agent (after console log "Generating XSDs......" if Internet connection is slow .

Resolution
This is a product issue (CR BE-27555, order to load schemas). In next version of TIBCO BusinessEvents those schemas loaded from BE installation.
As a workaround for now download the schema http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/, save contents to file envelope.xsd and add the file to the schema definitions in your project.
