Description
If selected the 'Adapter to Plugin Migration' feature when install the TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks(TM) Plug-in for SAP Solutions 8.3.0, the Universal Installer will give the following warning:
DEPENDENCY CHECK FAILED:
The installation feature, adapter to plugin migration, has failed an internal dependency check.
Either TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks 6.4.2 HF3 or above,TIBCO BusinessWorks Container Edition 2.3.3 or above,TIBCO Adapter Framework (1.4.0.0) or above is required and could not be located in the current TIBCO Home directory.

Environment
TIBCO ActiveMatrix Adapter Framework 1.4.2
Resolution
The issue is with the TIBCO ActiveMatrix Adapter Framework 1.4.2. The bundled UniversalInstaller 3.6.6 v13 does not work correctly, To correct this issue:
- Uninstall the current TIBCO ActiveMatrix Adapter Framework 1.4.2.
- Download the Universal Installer 3.6.6 build v14 from support.tibco.com, at Downloads -> Hotfixs -> AvaliableDownloads -> UniversalInstaller.
- Use the version 3.6.6 v14 to install the TIBCO ActiveMatrix Adapter Framework 1.4.2.
