The CRS information for a 3D survey is controlled by the Preferences dialog. From Preferences, turn on the Extent column which will display the CRS information for the selected survey.

The Desktop Preferences dialog is accessed from the OpenSpirit Desktop by choosing the “View>Preferences” menu item or by clicking on the preferences icon in the Desktop’s toolbar. Once the dialog box is presented, as shown in attachment 1, "Preferences" dialog box, select the Data Display, and toggle on the boxes labeled “Display Coordinate System in separate column”, as shown in attachment 1, by the red arrows.
Once you click OK on the Preferences dialog, in the data selector click on the 3D Survey tab and you will see the Extent column, with the CRS displayed, as shown in attachment 2 “Extent Information”. The CRS will display as a “blue live link”. Click on the link to display the CRS attributes.
