Description
When attempting to sign off or create an authorization, a new windows appears with the URL of [Nimbus URL]/cfr-signoff The issue will only occur if both SSO is enabled, and "Require a user to enter their password when signing off a To-Do" is enabled in the system options and the password field will not show.
Issue/Introduction
Document promotion failing on 10.3.0 HF2 - HF3 with a 404 error.
Resolution
This was identified as a product defect and has been resolved in 10.3.0 HF4
