Get an eDelivery account.
If you have an existing TIBCO Account login, please use the same credentials to access the TIBCO eDelivery Site https://edelivery.tibco.com/storefront/index.ep.
Log in to eDelivery.
Search for "TIBCO Scribe® Insight" and find the type of Insight license you have.
Click the product name.
Download the installation files. You can choose to install the TIBCO Download Manager to download the files or you can choose Individual file download.
After the download has completed, find the file named TIB_scr-insight_7.9.5_win_x86_64.exe.
Double click TIB_scr-insight_7.9.5_win_x86_64.exe. You will be prompted with a WinZip Self-Extractor pop-up.
Click OK. You will then be prompted to unzip this file’s contents.
Select where you want the files to be unzipped and click Unzip.
Once you do unzip this exe's contents and navigate to its unzip location you will see a folder named TIB_scr-insight_7.9.5_win_x86_64. Within this folder, you will see the TIB_scr-insight_license_key.pdf. Open this file to get the license key.
Start TIBCO Scribe® Workbench to register.
Using the downloader file is safe and secure. The downloader file does not contain spyware, adware, or malware. Using the downloader file will not gather or transmit your personal information and will not expose your computer to software viruses. The purpose of the downloader file is to improve the speed, reliability, and efficiency of your software download experience.
How can I uninstall the downloader file?
The downloader file is a single-purpose, disposable file which remains active for 24 hours. Because the downloader file is not installed on your computer, there is nothing for you to uninstall. However, if you’d like to remove the downloader file, you can navigate to the location of the file and delete it from your system.
