TIBCO StreamBase 7 requires a license file which is a separate file download from the main installation package.

The TIBCO StreamBase product license file is available from the eDelivery download site.

To download the license file for StreamBase and Live Datamart, use these steps:

1. Browse to https://edelivery.tibco.com/

2. Log in using "SIGN IN" link.

If you do not have a working login, then access needs to be provided by emailing the eDelivery Administrator at download-admin@tibco.com and providing your company name, your name, and corporate email address asking for access.

3. In the search box ("search products or keywords") type: TIBCO StreamBase, select "TIBCO StreamBase" from the dropdown or next page.

If you do not see this product, then the "StreamBase" product is not associated with your company's account. Correct this with your TIBCO Account Executive before proceeding.

4. On the "Product Detail" page, click "DOWNLOAD" button. 

5. Select a version.

6. Select a platform.

7. Check the "I have read and accepted..." box.

8. Under "Installation Method" select "Individual file download".

This changes the "DOWNLOAD" button to "+ TIBCO StreamBase Software".

9. Click the plus sign (+) to expand the list.

10. Right-click and choose "Save As" for each file:
  TIB_sb-cep_7.x.x_license.pdf
  TIB_sb-cep_7.x.x_licensePerm.zip

Follow the instructions in the PDF file to complete the license installation into your existing StreamBase install.
