Description

This article aims to explain in what case a workflow mail body can be duplicated.

Resolution

This happens in the following scenario:

  • There are two locales defined
  • The text for both locales is defined in the message template
  • The notification is sent to a user who doesn't have a favorite locale (new user who never logged-in)
In that case, the email contains the text for both locales:
