Description

If you are using TIBCO Scribe Insight and you have not upgraded to Microsoft .NET Framework Version 4.5.2, the Microsoft CRM Adapter Version 5.5.3 or higher will not install. The Installation Wizard detects that Microsoft .NET Framework Version 4.5.2 is not installed, it displays a warning, and stops the installation.

Resolution

  1. Upgrade to Microsoft .NET Framework Version 4.5.2 on the computer where you plan to install the Microsoft CRM Adapter.
  2. Reinstall the Microsoft CRM Adapter.
