Description
A previously working Solution using the TIBCO Scribe® Online Connector For Microsoft Dynamics GP is failing to connect to Microsoft Dynamics GP. When we test the GP connection, the following error message displays:
Connection test failed: The application encountered an unhandled system exception. Contact your system administrator for details.
Resolution
To resolve, restart the "Microsoft Dynamics GP Service Host" service on the GP application web server.
The TIBCO Scribe® Online Microsoft Dynamics GP connector uses Dynamics GP Web Services to connect to the GP environment. This message usually indicates a problem communicating with the GP Web Service. To resolve, check the following Microsoft service on your GP application web server and restart if needed:
