When using TIBCO Scribe® Online to integrate Dynamics CRM and Dynamics GP, Dynamics GP may need to be configured to control Unit Price.  When you move an order from Dynamics CRM to Dynamics GP, the line item is created for the order, if the unit price and extended price remain at $0.00, this indicates that Dynamics GP configuration changes are needed.

Set Unit Price And Extended Price For An Order Line Item
 

The following change is required in the Microsoft Dynamics GP Web Services > Dynamics Security Console.

1. The Sales Document > Update Sales Order Policy > Calculate Unit Price Behavior property must be set to “Do Not Calculate”. Setting this property to "Do Not Calculate" allows Unit Price Overrides entered for Dynamics CRM Orders to integrate to Dynamics GP. Otherwise, existing Dynamics CRM items use the Dynamics GP Price List Price, and Write-In Items have a $0.00 price.
2. When updating the policy, ensure the role is changed from “Default” to a valid role such as ““Microsoft Dynamics Integration – Integration Company”.
