Note: the next scheduled end-of-life for ETL will be version 6.4.1, on June 1, 2020.

All versions of Jaspersoft ETL prior to version 6.4.1 (6.3.1, 6.2.1, etc.) are currently past their end of life.
Cases/troubleshooting requests for these older ETL product versions will no longer be accepted. 
Legacy license requests: If, however, you have a need for a legacy license for an older version, please select "Z_Other" for your Product Version, and specify your need for a legacy license in your case details  (ex: include "Need Legacy License" in case subject). Also, please specify the ETL version for which you need the license (5.5.1, 6.0.1, etc.).
